Anyone know of the cable pull rates for internal gear hubs, what ratio needed when adapting another shifter?

Sturmey 3 & 4 & 5
SRAM/Sachs 3 & 5 & 7 & 12
Shimano 3 & 4 & 7 & 8

Is there already an online database?

The SA 3-speed's step spacing is definitely not equal, and I've been
told that the same problem is found with some (perhaps all) of the
others. This may not be as straightforward as one would like.

Someone else had an opinion the Sachs/SRAM 3 speeds might not have a linear cable pull ratio as well.

If some do, it might be doable on a specific hub or shifter.
