Hi all. Name's Jean. I've been cycling since 2001 and love it. My only problem is the expensive equipment. My current bike, a sancini (very old) is now broken and I am looking to buy a new/second hand bike. I am down to 4 options at the moment. 1.) New Raleigh RC 3000 for R5200 (US$ 745) 2.) New Raleigh RC 2000 for R4200 (US$ 600) 3.) Old Pinarello carbon frame, alluminium fork, Dura ace levers, 105 rear derailer, campi mirage brakes, aluminium rims, pretty good condition for R4000 ($570) 4.) Look fir other alternatives.
I am looking for something that is competitive to ride good times but do not have a fortune to spend. Can somebody pls assist me.
