Tonight I walked 40 minutes and varied the pace and the incline. I FEEL
GREAT!!! I turn on the soft rock channel and walk while envisioning myself
slim and trim. I WILL DO THIS!! I WILL LOSE 100 POUNDS. WHY? Because I
CAN!!!
