Is alibaba.com is a good place to buy bicycle?

I must admit it that I’m completely newb in Cycling ‍. So I was searching for some bikes today & found literally awesome deals but as I’m newb in these I can’t be sure if these are good.

If you don't know what you're buying, Alibaba is probably the worst place to buy a bike. You can't see it, you can't test ride it and you're going to have to pay someone to assemble and adjust it. Do yourself a favor and go to a bike shop where you can get professional advice and a professionally assembled and adjusted bike.

With Alibaba's cheaper than Walmart prices, I dread to think what kind of quality they are. I doubt they're even rideable out of the box and assembled.
