Is Anybody Interested In A Special ACNE DIET that helps them prevent ACNE

Hi everyone

Just wanted to ask if anyone suffereing with acne would be intersted in
a special acne diet and recipes that would help clear their acne and
prevent or limit it in the future. Or is there anybody out there who
already knows of a specific diet or certain recipes that are good for
acne?

Please let me know of what you think or already know?
Many thanks

Iodine sources such potassium iodate (formerly used widely in
commerical bread) and kelp can make skin
more oily. Some claim reducing animals fats in the diet helps.
It would be interesting to see if foods like broccoli, brussels
sprouts, legumes especially soy might reduce acne outbreak
frequency. Yet, such dietary changes might not be altogether
good for thyroid health if taken to extremes.

I'd suspect a diet high in veggies, berries, fruits, fish, legumes and
moderate in dairy, whole grains, raw nuts, and low in red meat,
chicken, pork, and very low in refined grains, refined sugars,
heated fats and oils, lard, hydrogenated fats, refined carbs,
and processed meats, might be a place to start. I suppose
some would suggest no dairy and no gluten and I'll
suggest these maybe valid options for some.

When trying to figure out if I was "one of the some" that something
applied too... I finally deduced that blood type was one of the key
markers in determining if a food would have a beneficial or
detrimental effect on me.

Turns out that blood type regulates immune system function, many
hormonal functions, and influences some other genetic
pre-dispositions.

For example, if I'm blood type A or O, removing dairy products from my
diet would be beneficial, whereas if I were blood type B, removing soy
(especially tempeh, miso and other fermented forms of soy) would be
beneficial.

Hence, not one diet for everybody (for acne), but a diet based on
one's own heredity.
