  1. Okay so it all started when I tried to quit my anti-
depressents. I have been off them for 11 weeks now.

    I am 5'5 and I'm 105 lbs, I am supposed to be atleast 125.

I am going to my doctor tomorrow.

I suffer from headaches, loss of appetite, (I force myself
to eat) lack of concentration, fast heart beat, light
sensitivity, anxiety, no matter what I do I want to lie down
and not move, but when I do that my feet start to hurt(like
    I was running a mile)

I feel like my head is too much for me to carry, which is
why I want to lie down all the time.

For the past 3 days I have started taking a multivitamin,
Vitamin B, and some calcium. I am going to see my doctor,
maybe there are stronger medications that could help me,
    that only she could prescribe.

Does anyone know what is happening to me? I'm scared I might
    have a disease or something.

Have you ever investigated whether you have undiagnosed
celiac disease? Anemia is the number one prior diagnosis
before a celiac diagnosis (per survey of 600 biopsy proven
celiacs by the Celiac Disease Foundation* and a survey of
1300 celiacs by the Canadian Celiac Association**). This is
for two reasons: (1) Iron is absorbed in the first part of
the small intestine, and that is the part that the gluten
damages first, and (2) there is often occult bleeding in
celiac disease, which an endoscope would not see.

Here are two things you can look up in the New England
    Journal of Medicine:

The Prevalence of Occult Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Celiac
    Sprue content.nejm.org1163
    content.nejm.org1163

    Occult Bleeding also has Correspondence
    content.nejm.org752

When iron deficiency is not corrected by iron supplements,
it is highly likely that celiac disease is the cause of the
deficiency, as you have a situation where the supplements
    are not being absorbed either.

Understandable. To me, (an amateur) your symptoms are
consistant with severe anxiety/depression. I hear that some
antidepressants can increase anxiety. I would try to get a
consult with a psychiatrist so you can try a few different
antidepressants/anxiolytics. A psychiatrst will also check
you out for any physical disease.
