HELLO ALL: I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BIKE-RIDE 50 MINUTES ON MY STATIONARY-MAGNETIC BIKE FOR 50 MINUTES AT 8PM 6 DAYS A WEEK, I KNOW THIS MAKES ME EXHAUSTED BUT BURNS A LOT OF CALORIES.
IS THIS TOO MUCH, SHOULD I TRAIN LESS DAYS? LIKE 3 DA YS IN A ROW AND REST 1? OR IS IT OK TO TRAIN 6 DAYS IN A ROW?

ANY COMMENTS AND OPINIONS ARE GREATLY WELCOMED

More power to you - I can't stand riding indoors for more than 10 minutes. 6 days is fine - just listen to your body - if it starts hurting, cut it out for a few days. Make sure you do take that one day off - it will help you recuperate & improve. During the spring through fall I generally ride 6 days at an hour or more each day.

Next - get a road bike or Mtn bike and go have same fun - that should also help as real world beats stationary hands down.

I have seen studies where only 60 minutes or more only supposedly helps you burn fat, etc... Needless to say I don't believe that's true. Diet & excersize works wonders. Good luck

hey friend, thanks for great comment, yeah i will try to see if i can do a 4 day routine then rest 1, then repeat cycle again

Thanks

PS: u are right, one can burn fat even by 20 min of cycling

Ride outside - get a tan

Stop riding when you are tired. I am losing weight through an hour a day on the road - 4 days a week

Good Luck

Hello: i agree, riding when tired is counter productive, but some days i feel so bored that riding would kill my boredom and increase my motivation, that's why i like riding 6 days per week instead of 4 too
