Wondering if you math masters can show me how to calculate watt's from training data..If possible. :)

5.7 Mile climb
4.7% Avg Grade
1340 foot Ascent
30:02 Minutes
84rpm Avg
Used my 39 x 24

Is it possible with these numbers. I'm just curious how many watts I use on this climb. Thanks for looking.

Try the tools at www.analyticcycling.com

In the tool kit on the right, select Static Forces on Rider ==> Power, Given Speed

There are lots of other great tools in there as well. You can be a math master as well. :)
