Is the Tune PowerTap 7005p a PowerTap Pro?

I saw that Performancebike sells the Tune PowerTap 7005p and it LOOKS like the Saris (or CycleOps) PowerTap Pro because its yellow. I just wanted to make sure it was the exact same thing because I have never seen the words Tune or 7005p used here.

I realize this should be in the equipment forum probably but I knew someone here would know this.

Santa is coming in a few months and he doesn't want to get the wrong thing.

It looks and describes like a powertap pro to me.
