Is there such thing as a bike that works out your upper buddy?

Not a stationary boad, but a road bike. I ride my bike 15 miles a day but neglect my upper body. Maybe it's something to invent if it doesn't exist already.

Before each ride do a set of pushups.
With hands on third step do as many pushups as you
comfortably can. Then go for your ride.
When you can comfortably so a set of 30 pushups
move to second step. When you can a set of
30 move to first step.
If you do not have stairs start with hands on
kitchen sink, then hands on chairs, then on the
floor.

Any bike that you can ride to the gym will do that.

Any Wal-Mart.They usually weight about 50 pounds. Just do some presses and curls with it three days a week.

Well, you could always turn your rides into some version of circuit training by stopping every X miles and getting in a simple upper body workout of push-ups, and perhaps if you could find the right place/materials along the route, a bit more complex of a workout by doing presses with some laying-around object such as a rock (?). You could easily take along a resistance band or a TRX in a pack and hook up to a fence or maybe a small tree trunk and do rows, presses, and flies.
