Is this frame UCI legal?

Thanks for the replies guys. I havent really decided what to enter this year, i'm just trying to figure out in advance what equipment i can and can't use, saving alot of trouble a week before the race. The reason i'm interested in this one is that i heard these frames were faster than the conventional triangle? Quote me wrong, thats just what i've heard.

yes of course they are faster.

But you can get a much more faster non UCI bike.

Just mount 2 disc wheels.!!
