Colombian Maria Luisa Calle Williams, bronze medalist in the womens points
race at the olympics, after being stripped of her medal was quoted as
saying.

from cyclingews.com
Calle said that she had had headaches before the race, and took some
paracetamol ( acetominophen) and some "neosaldina", (aspirin) which
according to her doctor did not contain any banned substances. "We think
that one of these products transformed itself in my body, and this resulted
in the positive test,"

Uh huh

Maybe she's an "X-files" fan.

That's about the best I've ever heard!

Better than Obee's "My coach has me on this new diet that increases my
testosterone beyond the legal limit". That would be a magic bullet
that no body else new about...

And better than Pezzo's claim that birth control pills or her body
created that nandrolone.

And still better than Pantani's claim (via his doctor) that his Hct
went up with training, defying all physiologic evidence we have to
date.

I think it's still hard to top Tommy Thomas's claims that she was
taking (needed) birth control pills.

IIRC, that was Pezzo's excuse.

Wait, what do you mean, what are you talking about, we decided!? My best
interest?! How can you know what's my best interest is? How can you say what
my best interest is? What are you trying to say, I'm dopeing? When I went to
your camps, I went to your coaches, I went to your National Team
facilities?! So how can you say I'm dopeing.

They say they're gonna fix my 'crit
Alleviate my suffering and my split
But by the time they fix my blood
Morally I'll be dead

I'm not dopeing - institutionalized
You're the one who's dopeing - institutionalized
You're driving me to doping - institutionalized

They stuck me in the peloton
Said it was the only solution
to give me the needed podium postion
to protect me from the enemy, myself

What does it matter i'll probably get hit by a car anyway

The boys from Suicidal Tendencies will forgive me I hope.......
