Joan's Tomato Macaroni Salad

1/2 lb elbow macaroni cooked few Tbsp of sweet chopped white onion Mayonnaise to bind few Tbsp of
sour cream salt and pepper to taste 1 large ripe fresh garden tomato

Cook macaroni till tender. Stir in onion, enough mayonnaise to bind and sour cream to taste. Season
with salt and pepper. Now chop or dice a large juicy tomato and stir into salad. If your tomato is
ripe and juicy the salad will take on a delicious tomato flavor. Chill well or serve warm when
freshly made.

Note: hot house tomatoes are not suited for this recipe. Fresh garden tomatoes make all the
difference in the world!
