At a church breakfast banquet yesterday I sat across from a woman who was a dead ringer for Julia Child. The face, the hair, the build, the posture, the mannerisms. Really freaked me out! I was waiting for her to jump into the kitchen to make adjustments to the pancake batter!

That must've been a neat experience. Don't suppose you heard her voice, which was unmistakable? I imagine anyone who knew Julia remembers her voice as clear as a bell!

Reminds me of Dan Ackroyd's bit about being Julia... "don't forget the liver!" And then of course he cut his finger and was spewing blood all over the place 😉
