Sure.........for breakfast just scramble a few eggs, add shredded cheese and
fresh salsa or hot sauce, depends on your preference and there ya
go...........a fast one skillet meal. Or you can wrap it all up in a
lettuce leaf, a low carb tortilla, etc too. I also like to fix up a skillet
of chopped [censored] mushrooms, browned pork sausage, and diced turnips,
seasoned with fresh sage or hot sauce and then put it in the fridge for the
week. Then I nuke some to warm up, put it in a lettuce leaf and sprinkle
shredded aged cheddar on it for a quick meal too. Got those wrap ideas
here............
Great site you got going there, John:-)

I put my dinner menu on the site. Although setting up for it the first time
is a little much, its still a "single guy who don't wanna make a big deal in
the kitchen" type of thing. My bgs do pretty well on it - not to say it'll
work for everybody but its simple, very tasty I can eat quite a large
dinner.
Anybody got a super quick breakfast and lunch - no mess, no fuss, no clean
up?
