Just did my first TT today



I did my second TT this past weekend. It was 10 miles on a pretty flat course. I finished in 27:12 and placed 12/15 in the non TT division. Apparently I have a lot more work to do.

I am going to do a couple more this summer and hopefully do some more specific work to get ready for them. The past few months I have been adding intervals when I feel like it, but I am generally just trying to build a consistent base. I think with more strength work I can do better.
