I am thrilled to have a friend sell me (super cheap) a computrainer pro full set-up and throw in his laptop with it. I've got the Computrainer 1.5 Software and the Computrainer 3D. It all looks good.
I would love to know what YOU have done (or know of) to utilize this tool for gaining power. That's my goal. I'm sure that a coach/training plan would be valuable, but before I move that direction, I'd like to know what you have seen and done. Any help?
