I need advice on how I can tune it up. Taking it to a bike shop is out, since the minimum they would charge is more than I paid for the bike. The main problems I can see are that it needs a cleaning, for which I don't know the products to use, and it has some rust. I checked some information online, including how-to videos, but it all seems too complicated, especially as a lot of specialized terminology is used. Things are named without being pointed to so I have no idea where the parts referred to are.
