  1. I found it on clearance - only .80 cents a bag at GNC. I bought one to try -
then went back and wiped them out. Yummmm.

I only didn't buy the pizza flavor - it listed sugar.

I haven't done alot of "frankenfood" (just occasional atkins bars) but I
have also had lousy experiences trying to make my own sheese crackers. these
    sure fix the crunch munchies!!

  2. If you have a "Big Lots" store near you you may want to also check there for
Atkins/reduced carb foods. I got shake mix, bake mixes, crunchers, pasta
and a bunch of other stuff for about a quarter of what it usually costs.

    YMMV,
    helen

I know - i have been selling them on ebay! LOL! (the supplements and shakes)
I didn't buy the crunchers at all, but for my own experimenting I bout a box
of pasta, a pack of muffin mix and a box of Mac&cheese. Dunno if i'll get
the desire to try them but I got em if I want them.
