Karrimor disc lock

Stupidly I've managed to break one of my pannier disc locks. I've tried
a lot of former Karrimor dealers and no one has any spares left.
Anybody out there either got a spare I could buy off them, knows of a
supplier who has any left or knows how to fashion a replacement.

TIA

Is this the disc that screws onto the rack stay to stabilise a
pannier? If so, my LBS ordered two for me through (I think) Fisher's.

I haven't checked, but EBC used to list them on their pannier spares
pages. It might be worth calling them to see if they still have any
floating around.

I have just replaced the disclocks on my karrimor panniers with the
Ortlieb Q1 lower fixing rail and arm. If you dont mind drilling a
couple of small screw holes in the panniers its an easy solution and
preferrable to the original disclocks in my opinion.

You can get there here and most LBS's that stock Ortlieb.

That's interesting, as I am in a similar position, having broken 2 disc
locks. Did you remove the plastic plate with the slots? If you did, how
did you plug the rivet holes?
