Is this bike worth $475? It is a 90's Kestrel SC200 with 20 speed Campagnolo Chorus parts. I am a newbie and this would be my first bike. Thanks!

As long as it fits you, then I agree with alfeng. Heck, the 10-speed Campy Chorus group in good condition would alone be worth $475.
