I'm looking into replacing my Torker LX seat with a KH one. I've heard
that the KH seat doesn't fit on a LX seat post. Is that true? If it is,
the Torker LX takes a 400mm seat post and on UDC the bigest KH seat
post is 350mm. is that half a millimeter difference okay?

The size you are looking for is the diameter not the length, you need a
25.4mm seat post. Yes, it is true that the KH will not fit on the LX
post.
