kick up mount

Once you've kicked up, you should be sitting on the uni in very much the
same way that you sit on it when you do your normal mount and need to
aquire the second pedal.
Make sure you balance is right and that you move diagonally forward
over the uni as it lies in front of you while you mount. This will buy
you the second of balance to get your second foot on the pedal.
