Have worked on my rpm with good results, lower gear and still powerful.

Have done a few trials, including a 10 minute block at 430 watts.

I have a pursuit coming up and another kilo.

My kilo is improving ever slightly. We'll see how the new gear goes.

Making adjustments on TT bike, 172's and lower, more forward.
Have to do some testing first before the first TT of the season.
 
I had to try some short work before the end of winter.

Reached my winter goal for 4 minutes at 502 watts.
My kilo was a bit off at 687, but I was still happy with the longer effort.
I'll have to fit in a 3,2,1 effort in between outdoor workouts.
There's another thread wanting me to do a 550 effort.
I see somewhere in between 2 and 2:30 by my graph, but if I do 550 for 2 then why go on for 20-30 more seconds?

(If you graph your best efforts, you can project what you are capable of..)
So, by raising my 4 min. effort to 500, then my 3 should be about 525 and 2 550.
If I don't get to this for a while, there's always a rainy day when I'll just blitz these levels.
Or if you go by %, such as my improvement of 4 % would translate to other levels.
(But not necessarily the ends, such as my 30 second or 30 minute...just in between.)
