A little background. I am a fairly large individual 6'3" about 218 lbs and have been running for about a year and a half.
Up to about 20 miles per week. Basically trying to get into shape again. LSD pace about 9:30
About 6 months ago I started experiencing pressure on the front and inside of my knees when running. There is no pain just pressure feels like there is "air" inside. This usually subsides after about 12 hours, and then will begin after I start running the next day.
Warming up and stretching do not seem to make a difference, nor does icing/heating after running.
thank you, if not the case still a good excuse to go and buy new shoes. What are your preferences. Ascis?
For me Asics, for you who knows. Addidas, Asics, half a dozen other brands, just get one that's right for your running style, and I bet the problems go away.
Bill, you are mellowing a little. You forgot your rant about how folks should avoid Nike.
