I'm debating about getting the KK fluid trainer or the rock n roll trainer. Any suggestions? I've had Cyclops Fluid 2 for the last while and was never very impressed with it. Will making the change make a distance?

There are already several threads debating the benefits of these particular trainers (I know because I've already posted in a couple).

You have not really outlined the reasons why you are not impressed with the fluid 2. No one can make any suggestions if you don't say what needs to improve.

By all accounts the KK trainers are very good but I don't know anyone who has said that the rock and roll version is a huge step above a normal (non-rocking) trainer. I wouldn't buy it for the feeling, I'd probably buy it for the fact that it puts less stress on the bike frame. What I really like the sound of is the option to have higher levels of rotational inertia in the KK trainer which helps simulate road riding a bit better.
