Hi all : ) I have a nutrition question as i am "pear" shaped i m having trouble choosing and eating the correct carbs to still obtain the necessary nutrition but not to pick up any extra weight in my upper thighs and butt area... I ve building quite nice muscles on my calfs and just above the knee but i m finding even though i cycle and spin my pants are getting tighter, according to the scale i m not picking up too much weight it differs with 1-2 kg s. Any advise on this? Thank you kindly : )
