Lake Como Italy Questions

Hello,

I just found these forums and they look great.

I will be in the lake district of Italy in October. Does anyone know of a bike shop in Lake Como that rents bicycles? Even better if you have an email address or website.

I have heard the roads are busy. Would it be better to rent a mountain bike and go off-road?

I'm not looking for anything fancy, just want to get out for some exercise and enjoy the scenery. I expect to ride an hour or two a few times during the week.

Good luck. I will actually be in the area in October too. I will be visiting several places in Italy for my honeymoon the last 1.5 weeks of October.
