I don't have the exact info, but you could use this gear roll-out chart to figure out (roughly) the gears, if you know the revs and the speed.
Unfortunately this chart doesn't have a 54, 55, or 56 tooth rings, which some of the pros use for time trials.
eg: 50kmh at 110rpm
50kmh = 50,000 metres/hr = 833.33 metres/minute
833.33/110rpm = 7.575 meters per rev.
so, 7.575m is closest to the 53/15 gear
