Al een tijdje ga ik zo nu en dan een stuk racefietsen met vrienden. Ik heb een heel oude Raleigh-racefiets, die piept en kraakt maar hij doet het. Nu heeft mijn buurman mij wegens overcompleet een fiets te koop aangeboden. Het betreft een no name frame (zo noemde hij het) met een shimano 105-systeem. Het geheel ziet er, voor zo ver ik er verstand van heb, goed uit. Hij vraagt er 250 euro voor. Is dat een reeële prijs, moet dat lager, of kan ik sowieso beter naar iets anders kijken?

Just for the Americans out there this is about US $331.30

If it's just for the 105 set it seems a bit pricy.....but that's coming from a greenhorn.

EDIT: if it was for the whole thing though, and everything was in good condition, i'd go for it.

How old is the particular bike?

How old are the 105 components?

It could EITHER be a very good deal OR one which you may want to decline.

Is the bike the correct size for you?

If you can, post a picture.

How old is the 105 system on it? What is the condition of the frame? What material is the frame made of? There are several hundred other questions that could be asked. A lot more information is needed to give a good answer.

If it's 105 10-speed and it and the bike are in decent shape, why the hell not?
