According to Spanish newspaper El PaÃs , the Central Operating Unit of the Guardia Civil has conducted an exhaustive report on the Operación Puerto investigation, which will be transmitted to the Spanish Secretary of State for Sport, Jaime Lissavetsky, very soon.
