I have seen different sizes for latex tube both for road bike wheel (700C) One size is 700X18-20C and other is 700X22-23C So what's the better one or right one?

for road bikes most common size fits all is 700 x 18-23, but its not uncommon to use something bigger, like a 25 or 28, so all depends on what kind of tyres do you have or will have,

Use the smaller size if using 700c x 23 tire, it will make installing the tube and tire a bit easier.

Question; have you used latex before? If not, why now? It's true, they do ride more comfortably and have less rolling resistance by about only 1.5 watt, but they are not more flat resistance as their claims say they are, and their a different when it comes to patching. The best way to patch latex is by taking a used/discarded latex tube and cut a dozen or so 1 inch round and store them in you saddle bag along with some glue. When you do get a flat you don't need to roughen the tube or the patch, but you need to spread a thin layer of glue on just the patch then immediately, without waiting for it to dry, press the patch onto the tube between your index finger and thumb as hard as you can for about 15 seconds in the middle. The best glue to use is either Zefal Pastali Rim glue or Rema Cold Vulcanizing Fluid.

It's been my experience that regular Rema patches do not hold up as long as the latex cut them yourself patches do. Something about the glue being able to pass through the both the latex tube and the patch binds it together better then the glue trying to pass through a butyl patch because latex is more porous.
