this is what happens in the UK when you are banned for riding on 90% of unpaved terraine! do not let it happen to you... the good part is that we are all moving back to road pedal power.

fellow cyclingforums posters/lurkers, don't waste your time on this. I read about halfway down the linked post and decided 45 seconds was enough of my life wasted.

On the first of october this year the law in the uk has changed banning all motorised transport from unpaved roads, this currently does not include cycles. MANY of the displaced dirtbikers are turning to mountain biking for solice..the rest are just going mad...like the guy taking his down hill crash helmet out on the town....the govermant now plans to INCUDE cycles in the some parts of the law next year. This IS a very serious trend...

The post is a bit obscure but quite funny.....sorry you guys do not get it, it is a bit of a big thing over here.
