LED Bike Spoke Light, buy or not to buy?

Hi, there. Was wondering anyone of u have experience with this LED Bike Spoke Light ? Is it nice stuff to go with?

What do you want it for ? it won't light your way, won't make your bike legal after nightfall....

If you want it as styling accessory, it will probably work as stated.
