After Andreu's piece about electronic shifting, Phil said, roughly,
"that's a shocking revelation." They're straining today.

Liggett and Sherwen's credulous commentary over the past 2 decades could
be seens as virtually complicit with the rise of doping in the
professional peloton. They have their cycling video business to promote ...

Proposed RBR rule addition 1: When Phil or Paul describes a riding feat
as "incredible" or "simply unbelievable", it probably is.

Proposed RBR rule addition 2: When Phil or Paul make a definitive
statement ("that's such and such a rider", "we're passing through
<place>", "he's at the back of the field", it is probably incorrect.

I'd apply addition 2 to just Phil, not both.

Phil: "He's going to come in under 8 minutes!"
Paul: "Well, he's going to come in under 9 minutes..."

Today he said "Karpets is on fire!" and then caught himself and muttered
something about how that sounded odd.
