I am surprised that with all of this (excessive) emphasis on light weight, no one (like Park or Pedros) has thought of making titanium or carbon bike tool kits. Similarly, is it impossible to make a strong but lightweight bike lock? The ones out there (Kryptonite and OnGuard) weigh twice as much as a frame. Clearly, price is an issue. But when there are $200 saddles and seat posts out there, why not a $200 lightweight lock?

Park makes a small one-piece wrench tool that's light; perfect for the seat wedge. It has allen keys in all the standard sizes, plus a screwdriver head. It's all I've carried for the last decade.
I've got a lightweight $10 cable lock that I rarely carry, but would guess you're looking for something a lot stronger than those.
