The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation negotiated with Health Canada for five years for publishing rights to the ENTIRE Health Canada Adverse Events Database.
Do you think the American system is any more vigilant at protecting you from harmful drugs? Or the Australian system, or British? I doubt it. From research to funding to adverse event reporting--the system does not serve the patient.
