Lipoma/Lipofibromatosis caused by saddle pressure?

Hi,

I had a slowly growing tumor (lipofibromatosis) under my sit bone.
Before the surgery, it looked like a nodule under the skin. So the doctor told me, this is a lipoma. Unfortunately it is not. It is something like a lipofibromatosis and no one can tell me, how this kind of tissue developped there and why. They were not able to remove everything, so the probability is quite high that it will grow again. And I am afraid, that it is getting worse by sitting on the saddle...and that I cannot ride my bike again :-(
Anyone here with a similar experience? Or advice?

Thank you!
