I was diagnosed with HCV and Liver disease about 20 months ago. About
8 months ago, I lost my insurance and was unable to afford the $900.00
for all of the prescriptions the Dr. had me on. That led me to
research on Alternative options, which I started on about 5 months
ago. In that time, I have lost about 55-60 lbs. ( I was at 265lbs.),
have tremendous energy, and feel better than I can remember.
What I am looking for is resources do get bloodwork done (have not had
it done since March), a Dr. (one who is open to alternative
treatments) to interpret results, or possibly a clinical trial to be
studied. I still do not have health insurance and I am on an EXTREMELY
limited budget.
I realize that this may be 'pie-in-the-sky' wishing, but maybe
somebody knows of resources where I may be able to get some help.
