LOOK keo sprint

i bought a LOOK KEO sprint pedal. i used it once only and the allan key screw is already broken. i asked the shop to give a me new one but he said no because it is my fault. he told me the screws are sensitive and i must know the technique to do it. now i cannot tighten screws, adjust the tension. any of you face this situation? wat can i do? i used a LOOK carbon pro maybe 10 years model but strong and no problem.

Go to another shop that sells these and ask them to send them back for warranty. All you will be out is a little shipping and Look will probably replace them.
