All I have been able to find is two Salsa handlebars (one is pretty decent and called the short and shallow).
Another possibility is the IRD Blackbird (it also has oversize tubing along the tops in addition to the clamp area). The drop is very shallow on this bar though at 105mm.
Any other handlebars to consider?
The difficult part about searching is that some companies (such as Deda) measure outer-to-outer. A 46cm bar measured this way is only 44cm center-to-center.
