I am getting sick and tired of those of you who claim that I do not post on topic nearly enough. The good news is I can change. Can anyone let me know your thoughts about 'loose muscle' - (as opposed to loose skin) particularly when checking for 'doneness'. If it is 'firm' does that mean that the meat is ready to eat or are you just feeling 'loose skin'?
Please only genuine replies, thanks.

Depends on how firm you like your meat. You could suck it hard, semi-hard, or semi-soft. Just be sure you swallow.
