Lorica or Mesh - Sidi Genius 4

I am contemplating getting a pair of Sidi Genius 4 (M2) shoes and am debating between the Lorica adn Mesh uppers. My thinking is that the mesh will provide better ventilation and be more comfortable in summer months, but that the Lorica will better for year round wear. Any one have any advice on this choice?

I have genius 3 in lorica and genius 4 in mesh. can't tell any difference in the two - performance or comfort - winter or summer...winter I wear booties or shoe covers, and summer its hot with either.
