Hello, I have a Specialized Globe Work 1 Step-through bike. It came with a customized wrench for adjusting the seat post; I accidentally disposed of it, and I am trying to find a replacement. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas. The specs for the seat post are: Alloy, 2-bolt, micro-adjust, 12.5mm offset, 27.2mm.

Contact your Specialized dealer.

What was 'customized' about this wrench? Would a conventional hex key or box-end wrench work? Was it one of Specialized's pre-set torque wrenches with a 'T' handle and interchangeable tool bits? If so, those are available on the Sphesh website.
