I recently installed various weight loss charts & dieting software on my
Pocket Pc & desktop. It helps me keep an eye on the amount of carbs I'm
using , especially after entering the data. The only problem is , the net
carb data is'nt as good as it could be.
The Atkins Carb Counter is available for pocket Pc/Palm & Desktop,
howeever that would mean spending cash :-(
So if anyone out there wants to trade dieting software especially the above
mentioned I'd be more than happy. I'm using an excellent programme called
Weight by Date which covers almost every food you can think of plus you can
chart your weight loss exercise etc.....anyway here is a link to tell you
