Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question to find out what other people do/think when it comes to the afformentioned.

After a ride, obviously I take my recovery shake which is a mixture of carbs and protien. Then about an hour after, I eat my recovery meal which again is a mixture of carbs and protien. That would usualy be pasta and tuna for example. I should point out that I train in the morning, and so this meal would be about midday. However, after this meal im unsure of what to eat. Should I go low carb and stick to protien rich foods and veg for the rest of the day, or keep getting the carbs down me ?

What do you do, or is there a correct/scientific answer to my question ?

Cheers, Lone Wolf.

Just stick to balanced meals

60% carbs, 30% protein, 10%fat.

Try and achieve this with every main meal

Hello Friends.....

1. Choose protein-rich foods that are low in saturated fats. Diets that are high in saturated fats or trans fats may cause people to become more sensitive to carbs, and regain more weight after the diet.
2. Choose healthy fats, rich in monounsaturated fat or omega-3 fatty acids. These fats are found in foods such as olive oil, canola oil, nuts, and fatty fish or fish oil capsules.

Thanks
