Seems not too long ago, UCI and the riders union were complaining about
two-stage race days, even saying they are not permitted under the rules.
I guess the rule only applies, when it's a Major Tour in question. Next
week, the Coppi-Bartali begins with one.
I don't plan on looking at the rules. When prosecutor is also judge, and
ultimate world authority, don't bother with fine print.
