Hello, I just got a Luft brand CO2 inflator. How do i use it? Screw the canister in, screw it onto the tube valve, twist the red nozzle to pierce the canister, boom, twist off the valve (do i need to unscrew the red nozzle first)

How do i control how much goes in? and do i waist what i dont use, or will i need the full amount to get it to 120 psi? are they only good for 1 use?
