If you're breaking lots of spokes, this is not the answer. I've never seen a wheel set which weighs 2.65kg (without cassette or tyres) before! A road version would only be heavier.
The claims the seller is making sound like codswallop too. They won't be terribly aerodynamic thanks to the big ribs down the side of the spokes and the rims don't have much depth to them. I've also never heard of "windmill theory" and there's no such thing as "centrifugal force".
If you hanker for this sort of technology in a reliable package you'd be paying upwards of $2000, not £124!
The best option in the long run is to have someone re-build your existing wheels properly with decent components. It might cost you some new rims and spokes.
