ok so I got a new bike with disc brakes. I squeezed the lever without the front wheel in...voila...the pads are touching. I read the instruction manual and then pried them apart with a screw driver. However, I am still getting rub. It does not seem to be an alignment problem as both pads are rubbing? could it be the pads are just too new and need to wear some? Or do they need bled? Any ideas?
